Ken Burns to receive award from Rochester museum

Filmmaker Ken Burns is being honored by the Rochester institution he often uses to find old photographs for his award-winning documentaries on American history.

Burns and longtime writing partner Geoffrey C. Ward will receive the George Eastman Medal of Honor on Aug. 13 from the George Eastman House, the world's oldest museum of photography and film.
